  • Yes! Adults can join The Rosepost Society and kids can subscribe to The Starpost Club. Each world has its own stories, tone, and characters — and you can switch between them anytime.

  • We mail all Everletters twice each month — on the 1st and the 15th.

    New orders must be placed at least 3 days before the next mailing date to be included in that shipment.
    Orders placed after the cutoff will ship in the following cycle.

    This ensures we can prepare your beautiful letter, seal it, stamp it, and send it on time.

  • Each envelope holds a letter written in the voice of a beloved character — sometimes joined by a pressed flower, wax seal, keepsake, or paper trinket from their world. Every story is meant to be opened slowly and saved.

  • Our team of storytellers writes in the voices of each Everletter character. Every word, sketch, and seal is created exclusively for Everletter — never mass printed or reused.

  • Yes. You’ll begin by choosing your favorite character, and you can switch to another anytime. Each series continues seamlessly from where you left off.

  • Absolutely — you can subscribe to multiple characters or editions if you’d like several stories at once.

  • No two letters are the same. Each story arc is written as part of an ongoing series and never reused or reprinted.

  • Yes — you can change your subscription anytime if you’d like to explore a new world or tone of storytelling.

  • Yes — Everletter ships worldwide.
    Our letters travel by standard international mail, and delivery times can vary depending on your country’s postal service. Most international subscribers receive their letters without issue, though some countries may take longer than others.

    We recommend allowing a little extra time for your story to arrive. Once your letter enters your country’s postal system, transit speed is outside our control — but we’re always happy to help if something seems delayed.

  • If your letter is delayed or missing, please contact us at Ashley@theeverletter.com — we’ll happily send a replacement at no cost.

    You can send an Everletter Gift Card, which allows your recipient to choose their own character and subscription plan. It arrives instantly by email, so it’s perfect for last-minute gifting too.

  • Yes, you can cancel anytime through your account. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
