1. About Everletter
Everletter Co. is a subscription-based storytelling experience. Subscribers receive printed letters through the mail from fictional characters, sent according to the plan they choose.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
By subscribing, you agree to be billed according to the plan you select — whether monthly, 6-month, or yearly.
Payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before your next billing date.
We do not store credit card details on our servers.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Letters are mailed twice per month from Colorado.
Delivery times may vary depending on postal service conditions or holidays.
Currently, Everletter ships within North America, with more regions coming soon.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Refunds are not typically issued for partially used subscription periods, but if you experience a problem, please contact us — we’ll always do our best to make it right.
5. Content & Intellectual Property
All characters, letters, artwork, and designs are original creations owned by Everletter Co.
You are welcome to keep, share, and display your letters for personal enjoyment, but commercial use, reproduction, or redistribution without written permission is not permitted.
6. Privacy & Data Use
Your privacy matters to us. We use your information only to deliver your letters and communicate about your subscription.
We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability
Everletter Co. is not responsible for postal delays, lost mail, or interruptions beyond our control.
Our service is provided “as is,” and while we take great care in every delivery, we cannot guarantee outcomes beyond what is described here.
