Your letter made it to the North Pole

Every Christmas, when the letters to Santa start piling up, the North Pole Post Office calls for extra help. This year, Oliver, Marley, Harper, and Ringo have been asked to make sure every letter arrives safely, is carefully looked after, and finds its way to Santa.

They check every one twice. Then once more, just to be absolutely certain.

From your table to the North Pole

How it works

Your child’s Santa letter stays part of your family tradition. Everletter never receives or reads it.

1

Your child writes to Santa.

At the kitchen table, by the tree—wherever the magic happens.

2

Send it on its way.

Mail it to the North Pole, send it up the chimney, or tuck it away as a keepsake.

3

A woodland friend writes back.

A real letter arrives confirming their Santa mail reached the North Pole safely.

A few helpful answers

Curious questions

Does my child mail their letter to Everletter?

No. Your child writes their letter at home and sends it off however your family likes. Everletter never receives or reads their letter.

Is this a letter from Santa?

No. It is from one of Santa’s woodland helpers this season, letting your child know their letter is in good hands.

Can I order for more than one child?

Yes. Add one letter per child so each has their own name, accomplishment, and mailing address. We’ll make sure siblings receive different letters.

Can I send it as a gift?

Yes. Enter the child’s first name and mailing address at checkout.

When will it arrive?

Letters mail every Monday through December 14. Delivery timing varies by destination, so international customers should order as early as possible.

Will the letter mention my child’s wish list?

No. We don’t receive or read your child’s letter to Santa, so their woodland friend won’t know what they asked for. If you tell us something wonderful your child did this year at checkout, it will be included in their personalized letter.

What if I leave the special accomplishment blank?

That’s completely fine. Your child’s letter will still be personalized and addressed to them by name.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes, North Pole letters ship worldwide. International delivery timing varies, so earlier orders have the best chance of arriving before Christmas.
